BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Swiss investment bank Credit Suisse Group AG formally filed a $440 million legal action against Japan’s SoftBank Group Corp. in London’s High Court earlier in April, as it looks to recoup funds that were locked in Greensill Capital Pty Ltd. when it collapsed back in 2021, City A.M. reported. Credit Suisse is seeking to claim back funds that Greensill had lent to Katerra Inc., a SoftBank-backed U.S. construction group that filed for bankruptcy in 2021.
