India and Russia working to create new reinsurer for oil supplies

Denis Manturov, the deputy prime minister of Russia, said on April 17 that the country is working with India to form a new reinsurance firm to cover oil supplies, UrduPoint reported citing Sputnik. Mr. Manturov said that presently it is difficult to confirm when the company will be created, however, it could be finalized by the end of this year.
