Cote d'Ivoire insurance market expands by 13%

Issouf Traore, the national director of insurance of Cote d'Ivoire, said that the local insurance market’s turnover grew by 13% year-on-year to 525 billion West African CFA franc ($889 million) in 2022, Middle East Insurance Review reported citing APAnews. The insurance market in Côte d'Ivoire has 34 insurance companies, comprising 12 life insurance and 22 non-life insurance companies.
