BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

French utility warns losses of over $1 billion due to strikes

French utility Electricite de France S.A. has warned that disruptions to hydro-electricity plants and nuclear reactor maintenance and repair work due to nationwide strikes against pension reforms have caused the firm €1 billion ($1.10 billion) in lost output, Reuters reported. The interruptions, which could result in delays of between 18 to 24 months to the nuclear reactor maintenance schedule, is also forcing the utility to review hiring plans for the year.
