Marsh to recognize Asian clients with robust ESG frameworks

U.S.-based insurance broker Marsh LLC will now consider companies in Asia for preferred directors and officers liability insurance policy terms and conditions, based on the strength of their environmental, social, and governance risk frameworks, Asia Insurance Review reported. Sharanjit Chaggar, D&O practice leader at Marsh Specialty Asia, said that the risk of claims arising from ESG-related problems is an increasing worry for directors in the region.
