BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. served up a lawsuit Tuesday to its fast casual chain competitor Sweetgreen in court over the salad franchise's new “Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowl,” NPR reported.

Chipotle alleges in its complaint, filed in federal court and accessed by NPR, that Sweetgreen’s new menu item introduced in March constitutes trademark infringement, trademark dilution and deceptive trade practice.

The burrito chain is also arguing that Sweetgreen is attempting to profit off Chipotle’s near-identical, directly competitive and well-known product as it expands beyond salads and into warmer dishes, according to the news outlet.

Sweetgreen said in a statement to NPR it doesn’t comment on pending litigation.
