BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Office of the Inspector General has found that audited diagnosis codes that Geisinger Health Plan sent to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for its Medicare Advantage plan were non-compliant, resulting in $566,476 in overpayments, reports Healthpayer Intelligence. The audit found that out of the 270 enrollee-years, all but 46 enrollee-years were non-compliant. This means that either the health plan could not produce evidence for the diagnosis codes or the evidence that the health plan offered did not reinforce the diagnosis codes.
