Sava Insurance sees over 10% drop in net profit

Slovenia-based insurer and reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava dd said that its subsidiary Sava Insurance Group’s consolidated net profit dropped by 10.4% year-on-year to €68.2 million ($74.2 million) in 2022, SeeNews reported. The group’s gross written premiums increased by 6.1% year-on-year to €774.1 million, driven by growth in both Slovenian and international markets.
