According to Mark Skilton, global head of specialty and aviation at Aon PLC, aviation lines are expected to continue facing complex and challenging reinsurance renewals in the second quarter of the year, Reinsurance News reported. While the Russia-Ukraine war continues to affect the aviation reinsurance market, specialty lines will provide reinsurers with opportunities for growth and diversification outside property cat reinsurance.
