To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

Insured losses from typhoon Nanmadol expected at $988 million

Swiss catastrophe data provider Perils AG has raised its insured loss estimate for typhoon Nanmadol, which battered Japanese islands in September 2022, to 129.6 billion Japanese yen ($988 million), up from the previous estimate of JPY119.7 billion released in December 2022, Reinsurance News reported. The typhoon made landfall on Sept. 18 near the city of Kagoshima on the southern island of Kyushu, which incurred 75% of the losses.
