BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Cigna Corp. is moving forward with an updated version of a paperwork demand it paused last year amid criticism from medical groups, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. The California Medical Association said in a March 16 post on its website that the policy, set to go into effect nationwide May 25, is "essentially the same policy" that was paused in 2022 amid opposition from medical groups, the report says. That earlier proposal required the submission of medical records for all evaluation and management claims when a minor procedure was billed.
