Qualcomm seeks to overturn over $258 million EU antitrust fine

U.S. chipmaker Qualcomm is looking to overturn a €242 million (258.4 million) European Union antitrust fine, which was imposed on it in 2019 for selling chipsets below cost between the years 2009 and 2011, Reuters. Qualcomm’s recent appeal in Europe’s court comes a year after it managed to overturn a big fine in another antitrust ruling.
