Over the past two years, Vietnam’s non-life sector has seen a surge in merger and acquisition deals, which reflects the market’s attractiveness and keen competition, Vietnam Plus reported. South Korea-based DB Insurance Co, Ltd. recently acquired Vietnam National Aviation Insurance JSC, strengthening its footprint in the market. The flurry of recent deals can also help boost the country’s non-life insurance industry, which still has room for further growth and development.
