Irish insurer FBD Holdings PLC’s pre-tax profit fell 32.7% year-on-year to €74 million ($78.75 million) in 2022, driven by a 6% increase in claims volume and an €8.5 million increase in net claims costs, Irish Examiner reported. The commercial business segment saw average premiums increase by 5.6%, while the farms segment saw premiums grow by 2.6%.
