BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

French NGOs sue BNP Paribas over fossil fuel financing

A group of three French climate-minded non-governmental organizations are suing France-based BNP Paribas S.A., claiming that the bank’s financing of potentially damaging oil and gas projects breaches a legally binding duty to ensure its activities do not harm the planet, XM reported citing Reuters. Oxfam France, Friends of the Earth and Notre Affaire a Tous aim to stop BNP Paribas from financing fossil fuels, in what they call a world first against a commercial bank.
