BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Connecticut Republicans have unveiled a set of legislative proposals they say would make health care affordable for middle-class families in the state, reports the CT Mirror. Senate Minority Leader Kevin Kelly, R-Stratford, said that Connecticut’s health care system is overly complicated and should be revised for patients. Kelly said the plan would involve implementing a reinsurance program to defray high-cost claims, as well as eliminating a tax requirement when purchasing health insurance.
