Tyson Foods Inc. is adding new health and wellness benefits for its employees as part of its efforts to enhance work culture and support overall employee wellness, reports 5News Online. According to the Springdale, Arkansas-based company, it is investing $20 million to offer longer paid parental leave, additional mental health support and other wellness plan benefits at no additional cost to team members.
