To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Electric vehicle firm looks to acquire Chinese insurer

China-based electric vehicle company BYD Co. Ltd. is in talks to fully acquire China-based Yi'an P&C Insurance Co., which was seized from China's Tomorrow Holding Co. Ltd. as part of a regulatory crackdown on financial companies in July 2020, Reuters reported citing Caixin. BYD is looking to start an insurance business targeting electric vehicles following the acquisition.
