BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Hanover Insurance Group Inc. said Tuesday it has launched specialty general liability coverage for hard-to-place risks, including businesses with higher-hazard product liability exposures or clients with loss-sensitive premises liability insurance programs.

The admitted general liability and excess coverage is designed for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and importers whose products include construction equipment, farming equipment, fitness equipment, industrial machinery, and auto and truck parts.

Coverage can be on an occurrence or claims made form with self-insured retentions or first-dollar program structures and umbrella/excess policy limits up to $5 million available, according to product information.

The coverage was introduced in several states at the beginning of last year then continued across the company’s national footprint on a rolling basis and was completed in the fourth quarter.
