PayPal investigated in Germany over competition concerns

Germany's Federal Cartel Office has initiated a probe against online payment giant PayPal Holdings, Inc.'s European business for possibly hindering competition in the market, ThePrint reported. The watchdog is mainly investigating PayPal's rules that say merchants may not offer their goods and services at a lower price to customers who choose a cheaper payment method than PayPal.
