To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Aegon gets shareholders' nod for Dutch business merger

Insurer Aegon NV said that its shareholders have approved a plan to combine its Dutch insurance and other operations with insurer ASR Nederland NV, Reinsurance News reported. ASR Nederland agreed to acquire Aegon’s operations in October 2022 for around €4.9 billion ($5.31 billion).
