BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

VIG Re names new chief underwriting officer

Czech Republic-based reinsurer VIG RE zajistovna, a.s. has appointed Cristina Ferrari as the new chief underwriting officer, effective March, Reinsurance News reported. The company has also tapped Catrina Gemmerich as managing director of its German branch, effective Feb. 15. VIG plans to relocate its German branch office from Frankfurt to Munich this year.
