BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Doxa Insurance Holdings LLC on Tuesday said it has acquired Delphi, Indiana-based managing general agent Bradshaw Insurance Group Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction closed on Dec. 30.

Doxa is a Fort Wayne, Indiana-based holding company that acquires specialty niche-focused insurance distribution companies such as MGAs, wholesale brokers and program administrators.

Bradshaw specializes in niche transportation insurance products, including a driver’s association, claims administration and a brokerage division, a statement said. Products include truck driver benefits, trucking insurance, commercial auto insurance, and non-trucking liability.

Stacy Bradshaw will continue to lead Bradshaw as president, the statement said. Bradshaw has about 15 employees, and all will be joining Doxa, according to a statement from the company.
