U.K.-based broker Specialist Risk Group Ltd. has acquired U.K.-based specialist insurance broker Fleet and Commercial Ltd., subject to regulatory approval, The Bharat Express News reports. The deal will enhance Specialist Risk Group's existing commercial engine capability and is a continuation of its growth strategy.
