BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Disputes between doctors and health insurance companies over covering procedures should become a bit more transparent for patients in Tennessee under a new law effective Jan. 1, reports WPLN. The law, introduced by Rep. Johnny Garrett, R-Goodlettsville, requires the health plan or the doctor to notify a patient within five days that there’s some conflict over payment for the care. It only applies to care that requires pre-approval by the health plan.
