Risk management leader Carolyn Snow retires

Carolyn Snow, former director of risk management at Humana Inc., retired at year-end 2022.
Ms. Snow, who led the Louisville, Kentucky-based health insurer’s risk management department since 2002, was also the 2014 president of the Risk & Insurance Management Society Inc. and had previously held several other board positions at the New York-based organization.
Prior to entering risk management, Ms. Snow worked in underwriting and marketing for various insurers before becoming vice president of marketing at Aon PLC.
In 2009, she was named one of the Business Insurance Women to Watch.
