Sign-ups on Affordable Care Act exchanges continue at a record pace, increasing 18% – or by about 1.8 million – compared to this time last year, reports Fierce Healthcare. The Department of Health and Human Services said that nearly 11.5 million people nationwide had selected a health plan as of Dec. 15 on Healthcare.gov.
