BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

After Banner|Aetna in November rolled out a new billing system and model for providing a single medical bill to alleviate member confusion, reports Healthpayer Intelligence. Banner|Aetna, a Phoenix-based joint venture between CVS Health Corp.’s insurance arm, Aetna Inc., and Banner Health made the change after a poll of its member found that the primary barrier that prevented them from engaging easily with health care involved medical billing.
