Carmaker lowers delivery guidance due to COVID-related disruption

China-based electric carmaker Nio Inc. has lowered its delivery guidance for the fourth quarter of the year, citing supply-chain disruptions stemming from COVID-19 outbreaks in major cities, CNBC reports. Nio expects to deliver between 38,500 to 39,500 electric vehicles in the quarter, down from its initial estimate of 43,000 to 48,000 vehicles.
