A report by S&P Global Ratings Inc. said that higher funding costs and capital market volatility are likely to temper South Korean insurers' profitability, Reinsurance News reports. The ratings firm has assigned a stable profitability outlook to property & casualty insurers, which will be underpinned by improving pricing and strengthening control of claims and expenses.
