BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Amazon ends program for HIPAA-compliant Alexa skills

Amazon.com Inc. is ending support for a program that allowed patients to share Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act-protected health information with health care organizations through Alexa devices, reports TechCrunch. The program allowed consumers to ask the virtual assistant for help with things like booking an appointment, accessing hospital post-discharge instructions, checking on the status of a prescription delivery and more, according to the report.
