Miner Glencore to settle corruption claims with Congo for $180 million

Swiss miner Glencore PLC’s has decided to pay $180 million to Congo to settle corruption charges related to its unethical practices in the country between 2007 and 2018, BBC reported. In May, Glencore admitted to bribing officials in several African nations, including Congo.
