Moldovan insurers’ premiums up 27%

According to Moldova’s National Bureau of Statistics, insurers’ gross written premiums grew by nearly 27% year-on-year to 1.82 billion Moldovan lei ($95 million) in the first nine months of the year, SeeNews reported. Insurers posted a pre-tax profit of MDL221.2 million, up 30% year-on-year.
