Centene Corp. is selling Magellan Specialty Health to health care administration company Evolent Health Inc. in a deal worth up to $750 million, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. Centene acquired specialty benefit management company Magellan Specialty Health in January as part of its acquisition of Magellan Health. Evolent and Centene will launch a multi-year partnership upon the closing of the deal.
