BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Corporate communications consultant Moneypenny conducted a survey of 1,000 working adults to gauge their work goals for the coming year.

Other popular goals, 31% said they want a promotion and 24% want greater work/life balance. There might not be hope for some employers, as 21% want a new job and 11% want to completely change their careers.
