Regulatory delays impede Allianz’s Russian exit

German insurer Allianz SE said that a deal to sell a majority stake in its Russian operations is getting delayed as it awaits approval from Russian regulators, Reuters reported. The Russian exit is expected to have an impact of around €400 million ($401.36 million) on Allianz’s profit and is likely to be reflected in the company’s fourth quarter results.
