To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Nov. 3 signed a bill aiming to streamline the prior authorization process in the state, Becker’s Payer Issues reports. The law requires insurers to provide timely approval for nonurgent and emergency health care services to physicians before services and treatment plans are rendered. It also creates a timely process for appeals determinations.
