BB Seguridade’s net income climbs 69%

Brazil-based insurer BB Seguridade Participacoes SA’s net income surged more than 69% to 1.65 billion Brazilian real ($327 million) in the third quarter of the year, Suno News reported. The results were driven by the insurer’s strong insurance and pension businesses, and robust capitalization.
