To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Health costs are steadily climbing due to inflation and a post-pandemic surge of demand for medical services. But the more than 12 million Americans now receiving subsidies will likely benefit from them again in 2023, including those making more than 400% of the federal poverty level.
