To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Forty-one percent of small business owners said the rising cost of health insurance has caused them to increase prices of goods and services, according to a survey from lobbying firm Small Business for America's Future, reports Becker’s Payer Issues.
