Chinese conglomerate Fosun International Ltd. is mulling the potential sale of its stake in Hong Kong-based reinsurer Peak Reinsurance Co. Ltd., as it looks to pay off its debt, The Standard reported citing Bloomberg. Such a transaction could value Peak Re between $500 million and $1 billion.
