Home Depot wins dismissal of lawsuit alleging excessive retirement plan fees

A federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia dismissed a lawsuit that accused Home Depot Inc. of breaching the Employee Retirement Income Security Act when its retirement plan charged higher fees than comparable plans, Plansponsor reports. The judge found that plaintiffs, Jaime Pizarro and Craig Smith, did not prove that they actually suffered any loss.
