Judge dismisses GS Labs lawsuit against Medica over COVID test reimbursement

A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit by GS Labs accusing Medica HealthCare Inc. of withholding more than $10 million in payments for COVID-19 tests, Becker’s Payer Issues reports, citing Minnesota Public Radio. The lawsuit filed in October alleged that Medica refused to provide full reimbursement for tests conducted by the Nebraska-based lab company.
