BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Anthony Carroll and Peggy Day

Wholesale broker Breckenridge Insurance announced Wednesday the formation of BreckTech, a managing general underwriter that will primarily offer coverage to U.S. energy risks.

Anthony Carroll has been named leader and senior vice president of BreckTech. He has held senior positions with Starr Technical Risks Agency Inc., Liberty International Underwriters, Aspen Specialty Insurance Solutions LLC and Willis Towers Watson PLC. Mr. Carroll also worked as chief underwriting officer at GoRisk Specialty.

Peggy Day joins BreckTech as vice president of operations. She most recently served as chief of staff and vice president of finance and operations at GoRisk.
