BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

When it comes to lawsuits, anything you say or post can be used against you. And even the silly poop emoji is not without prejudice, as Elon Musk is learning after backing out of a $44 billion deal to buy Twitter.

In its lawsuit against the Tesla CEO for changing his mind, Twitter pointed to the infamous poop emoji as evidence Mr. Musk had disparaged the company, according to Fox Business.

Mr. Musk had used the emoji in response to a May 16 tweet from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal explaining how the company detects bogus “bot” accounts. Mr. Musk later cited Issues surrounding bots as the reason he flushed the deal.

In a very wordy Twitter thread, Mr. Agrawal said rooting out bot accounts was in the company’s as well as users’ best interest. Mr. Musk’s response could be interpreted as: That’s a load of dung.
