BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Leigh Anne Sherman and Jim Shevlin

Chubb Ltd. on Monday named Leigh Anne Sherman specialty officer for North America middle market and said Jim Shevlin would succeed her as division president of ESIS Inc., its third-party administrator.

Ms. Sherman succeeds Joseph Clabby, who will retire in July, a Chubb statement said. She will report to Ben Rockwell, vice president, Chubb Group, and division president, North America middle market.

New York-based Ms. Sherman, who took on the leadership of ESIS last year, was named one of the Business Insurance Women to Watch in 2017.

Mr. Shevlin was previously regional executive officer of Chubb’s Southeast region in Alpharetta, Georgia. He will report to Matt Merna, senior vice president, Chubb Group, and division president, North America major accounts.

Mr. Shevlin will be succeeded by Chad Yarlagadda, who is currently Atlanta branch manager for the Southeast region. He will report to Chris Maleno, senior vice president, Chubb Group, and division president, North America field operations.
