Bardavon Health Innovations, a workers compensation digital health provider, said on Monday it is releasing bNOTES 2.0 at the Risk and Insurance Management Society Inc.’s Riskworld conference in San Francisco this week.
The company said bNOTES 2.0’s features expand upon Bardavon’s physical therapy treatment guidance system and functionality for clinical and claims management. Added features aim to improve navigation, interface, appointment scheduling and patient progression insights, Bardavon said.
In a statement, Doug Dickerson, Bardavon senior vice president of data science and analytics, said the platform opens clinical and financial data associated with a claim case, creating additional transparency between physicians, adjusters and risk managers.
Sacramento, Calif.-based health care firm Sutter Health and Aetna Inc.’s joint health plan is offering three new clinical programs for its members, Becker's Hospital Review reports. A behavioral health platform and a primary care program called Tera are the two virtual programs, while the third is an at-home therapy program that connects customers to licensed therapists.
