Marsh McLennan names Bouchard to climate role

Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. on Wednesday named former Zurich Insurance Group Ltd. executive Francis Bouchard as managing director of climate on its Marsh McLennan Advantage team.
Washington-based Mr. Bouchard will be responsible for delivering climate-related strategies drawing on all Marsh McLennan’s businesses, including its insurance and reinsurance broking, benefits consulting and management consulting units, Marsh McLennan said in a statement.
Prior to joining Marsh, he spent more than 20 years at Zurich, most recently as group head of public affairs and sustainability. He left Zurich in March.
