South African insurer Old Mutual Ltd. is reportedly planning to grow its presence in the West African region by making at least two acquisitions in Nigeria and Ghana in the next five years, Verdict reported citing Bloomberg. In Nigeria, Old Mutual is looking to acquire companies into insurance and other complimentary businesses.
