McLarens hires former Crawford exec as global head of TPA

Claims manager McLarens has recruited former Crawford & Co. executive Kirsten Early as global head of third party administration.
In the newly created role, Ms. Early will lead the strategic expansion of McLarens’ TPA business to develop a global service, the company said in a statement Thursday.
She will be based in London and report to Chris Panes, chief operating officer for Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific.
Ms. Early was previously managing director of Broadspire UK, Crawford’s third party administrator, and was a Business Insurance 2018 Women to Watch EMEA winner.
McLarens has seen an increase in TPA demand across all key classes of business, CEO Gary Brown said in the statement.
